Rafael Serrillos Barboza is Lilie’s Faculty Success Manager, supporting the Liu Idea Lab’s faculty in delivering innovative and impactful courses. He works closely with over 20 faculty members, offering guidance on course preparation, system navigation, and course management to ensure their success. Prior to joining Lilie, Rafael gained valuable experience working with Amerigo Education in Chicago and the Global Initiatives Office at the University of Houston. He is passionate about fostering student success and helping new faculty seamlessly transition into their teaching roles at Rice.
