With built in time to meet and mix it up with other passionate student innovators, this is the perfect opportunity for you to try something new, build some new skills, meet new people, and possibly connect with your co-founder or customers.

The Liu Idea Lab invites you to kick off the academic year with FIESTA: a 4-day Festival to celebrate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, and Art from every corner of the Rice University campus.
When you show up at FIESTA, you’ll get inspired by hearing from experienced, successful Rice founders as well as emerging student startups of all kinds. Opportunities will be discovered as you explore the mind-blowing research and innovation from Rice University faculty, students, and alumni that is making the leap from the lab to your living room. You’ll have chances to connect with fellows students across every degree program and major, who share your interests and passions, and want to make a positive impact in the world.
