Xiaodi Zhang is the Chief Product Officer at 1stDibs, the world’s leading marketplace for extraordinary design. Xiaodi joined 1stDibs in 2012 as the first Product hire to build the platform and establish Product & Design disciplines. Under her leadership, 1stDibs transformed its business model, introduced ecommerce, and saw scalable growth that culminated in its successful IPO in June, 2021.

More about Xiaodi
Prior to 1stDibs, Xiaodi held leadership roles at Gilt and eBay. Critical to her career growth, Xiaodi spent five years working in China’s hyper-competitive ecommerce market from 2005-2010. In college, Xiaodi thrived in Art and various student-led organizations, while getting her BA & MA degrees in Economics. Throughout her career, Xiaodi continues to use the skills she developed in college, including product design from Art, strategic analytical skills from Econ, and leadership skills from various student organizations.
